Music Recommendation from Song Library

Given a database of audio files, I search for the song that best matches a new audio file based on similarities in the files' mel frequency spectral coefficients, mean spectral centroids, mean spectral flux, mean RMS amplitude, mean envelope amplitude, and tempo. The code weights the recommendations from each feature to decide on the optimum recommendation. This weighting scheme was manually decided based on experimental testing.
